The Regional Procurement Manager implements and enforces Global Supply Chain strategies across a region and corresponding Rotork sites.

This role builds strong relationships with site and Group operations, Supply Chain management, and external suppliers.

The focus is on ensuring local sourcing supports both local and global strategies, delivering cost improvements, managing risks, and enhancing Supplier Relationship Management. Key Responsibilities:Implement and enforce global supply chain strategies in the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Ensure local sourcing capability supports the global strategy. Optimize costs, manage risks, and continuously improve supplier management. Support and coordinate global sourcing opportunities. Lead regional activities for savings reporting. Develop a local supply base to support global needs. Ensure compliance with price lists and trade agreements. Support the implementation of long-term agreements and cost strategies. QualificationsDegree in Business Administration or Engineering. 10+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in valve manufacturing or oil and gas industries. Experience in team management and global sourcing. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Experience in a global matrix organization and manufacturing environment. Personal Profile:Results-oriented and self-motivated. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Change agent with the ability to influence at all levels. Problem-solving experience in cost reduction and process improvement.
