**Job Description** Key responsibilities**:
- Prioritize and voice the market needs and knowledge toward global teams
- Coordinate the roll-out of offers and products launches, ensuring multi-channel consistency
- Manage product range and life cycle for all brands
- Coordinate production of marketing deliverables (4P : Price, Place, Promotion, Process) according to the marketing process
- Manage local product reference creation in line with group's information system
- Initiate, conduct and formalize in-depth research and analysis of industries, competitors, technologies and end-users to uncover key, actionable information and insights
- Perform market and/or end users research based on global defined methodologies (MTP)
- Contribute to the design of the training tool & contents for the new launchings in coordination with Business Lines & Territories
**Qualifications
- Project driven abilities with strong implementation follow-up skill
- Excellent cooperation, listening & capacity to synthesize
- Teamwork & Transversal group working ability
- Strong understanding of the Customer & Market orientation
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across various departments
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage efficiently bi-directional (upstream/downstream) flows of information/orientations
- Willingness to travel within the region to work directly with sales teams and understand the local market
- Master degree in BSc, BEng, BA or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
**Fluency in English and Italian is a must**, Spanish or French is considered a plus
