The regional office looks after the Rocco Forte Hotels in the Italian region, the Hotel Savoy in Florence, the Hotel de Russie and Hotel De La Ville in Rome, the Verdura Resort in Sicily and Masseria Torre Maizza in Puglia.

Each hotel is characterized by the family philosophy and typical design of the Rocco Forte Hotels, yet reflects the unique character of the location.

**The Position

**RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR

**Main purpose**:

The Reservations Supervisor assists the Reservations Manager in organizing everyday tasks for the Reservations Consultants.

Reports to: Regional Reservations Manager.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- He/she supervises reservations accuracy in order to ensure proper Revenue and Sales & Marketing Teams' statistics.

- He/she develops and maintains professional relationships with all departments of our hotels, prompting the Reservations Consultants to act in the same way, promoting collaboration between departments.

- Together with the Regional Reservations Managers, the Reservations Supervisor evaluates training programs for the Reservations Consultants to ensure smooth working and compliancy with our standards and SOPs.

He/she should instruct the Departmental Trainer so that training is provided according to the needs.

- Together with the Regional Reservations Managers, the Reservations Supervisor administers productivity of staff and ensure achievement of all departmental goals.

**We require**:

- Proven previous experience in the same position for a Hotel group, possibly in a Central Office

- Proficiency and fluency in written and spoken English (C1/C2)

- Knowledge of a second language (possibly C1/2 or at least B2)

- Show high attention to standards and need for excellency

- Positive leading attitude, be able to inspire and be the driving force of the team

- Determination to reach the targeted goals

- High level of self-control and resilience in stressing and challenging situations

- Curios and open to changes

- Ready to listen to others and empathetic
