**General Description of the Role

The Regional Reward Center of Expertise is responsible for overseeing employee's Total Rewards Practices, ensuring engagement, internal equity, external competitiveness, and contributing to the wellbeing of Camparistas.

As a Reward Intern, working in close collaboration with the rest of the team, you will support the Regional Reward CoE in all Group processes.

You will play a key role in the Reward Team, including support in some of the most important Programmes and Processes such as the Annual Salary Review process, Variable pay programmes (i. e.

short term and long-term incentives), and new projects development.

**Key Responsibilities and Activities

- Support the extended Reward Team in the deployment of annual processes (Salary Review, Bonus, etc.

)

- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects in the Reward domain

- Check and/or produce personnel documentation

- Update the various Reward databases and elaborate ad hoc reports

- Manage document archiving on web folders and mail merge activities
