Regional Sales Director (Europe)
The Regional Sales Director will be a crucial figure in expanding CELYS's market presence across the Region. As one of the first representatives of CELYS in the market, you will play a pioneering role in building brand awareness through high-impact strategies, including attending trade shows, hosting textile-related exhibitions, and establishing strong relationships with key industry players. This position offers a generous commission package and performance-based bonuses, as well as the potential to grow into a regional leadership role as CELYS gains traction. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Market Establishment: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to introduce CELYS to major textile brands, positioning it as a leading sustainable fiber within the industry. Event Participation and Brand Awareness: Increase CELYS's visibility by attending trade shows and hosting textile exhibitions, leveraging these platforms to showcase our innovative, biodegradable polyester fiber and foster partnerships across the textile ecosystem. Revenue Growth and Account Development: Drive revenue by securing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships with high-profile clients, maximizing CELYS's market reach. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, understanding their sustainability goals and positioning CELYS as their top choice for eco-friendly solutions. Market Intelligence and Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to enhance CELYS's positioning in the sustainable textile market. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment with CELYS's sustainability mission. Leadership Development: Participate in shaping regional strategies, with the potential to advance into a regional leadership position as CELYS establishes its footprint. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related industry experience. Experience: 10 years in sales, with experience in building partnerships and driving growth within the textile industry. Established network in the textile market, with a track record of successful brand representation at trade shows and exhibitions. Skills and Competencies: Proven success in target-driven roles, with strong presentation and communication skills for trade shows and events. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking, with adaptability to an evolving market. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
