Regional Sales Manager
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
This position is responsible for working with existing customers, new and potential, as well as with internal customers, to effectively promote the features, advantages and benefits of Hollister and Dansac products in the Region of competence, coordinates a group of Sales Specialist in their sales activities, and facilitates thei interaction in term pf Dal Brand Strategy.
**Manage and develop people
**Performance Management
- Manage and follow performance through strong analysis of territories based on SFDC activities and sales out dashboard.
Create and track action plan to develop and increase sales
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute Regional Sales Plan to support countries business plans to achieve revenue and Customer Satisfaction goals.
**Customer Experience
- Work with Sales Team members to execute plans to create positive customer experiences.
Monitor and track utilizing SFDC.
Ensure the using, train and coach the Sales Team on PSS to delight customers
**Market and Industry understanding
- Collect market and industry intelligence from customers, conferences, KOL's and salespeople and disseminate information to sales, marketing and management teams.
**Pipeline management and forecasting
- Work with individual sales people to ensure that a robust and accurate pipeline is in place, by creating and implementing Call Plan and targeting accounts to meet revenue and forecasted projections.
**Competitive Intelligence
- Understand competitive product/service capabilities and how these will impact hospital, clinician & patient and work with sales team to create account/clinician plans to capitalize on territory opportunities.
**Product and service understanding
**Channel
- Support channel strategy and activities.
Ensure the availability of our products in the channel.
Meet and manage local channel partners as per Channel Management Policy.
**Customer Advocacy
- Continually promote and be the face of Hollister to all key customers which includes KOLs, advisory panels, channel partners and major conferences.
**Analytics and reporting
Use SFDC to utilize data, as an indicator, to fully understand sales activity, client activity, forecasts and revenue projections and report to the Sales Director
