For our Division Turbocharging located in Genoa, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for Digital Solutions, to lead our ambitious plan of expansion in digital businesseporting to the Global Head of Sales, Marketing and Partnerships for Digital Solutions and will have a crucial role in the growth and success of our Digital Solutions in Italy, Croatia, Malta, Balkans, Greece and Middle Eastou will be the ultimate responsible for Digital Revenue generation and retention in the Regionou will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholdersr>
Your responsibilities Create and implement the business plan for the expansion of Digital Business in the region, take responsibility for delivering the results
Lead the sales activities:
Create, develop, and manage sales leads, perform technical and commercial presentations about digital solutions, close the deals, act as first level of customer support
Create and maintain trust-based, mutually beneficial, and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders at levels from executives to operations, become the go-to-person in the region for digital solutions, consistently show customer centricity
Actively and positively collaborate with the team regionally and globally to foster digital business growth, sharing business opportunities and offering high quality and responsive customer support
Collect and share customer feedback, market trends, customer developmentsropose and lead activities connectedwith those e:
product developments, partnerships,
Be the digital solution specialist in the region, train and develop colleagues about them, act as evangelist within the Division
Your background Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering or similar
Minimum 7 years of experience in design, servicing/commissioning and/or operation of Internal Combustion Engines
Significant and successful working experience in a customer support and/or sales management position
Knowledge of and global marine market, Access to decision makers in key companies or ability to build Confidenziale such relationships knowledge of Powerplant market is an asset
Ability to establish productive relationships with customers and stakeholders at any level, from executives to operational professionals
Knowledge or interest to acquire knowledge about ABB Turbocharging digital and traditional solutions
Fluency in English language verbal and written additional languages skills will be considered a plus
Availability to travel for approximately % of the working time
