Descrizione Lavoro Reporting to: International Sales Director
Actions Acquire local knowledge of regional requirements Educated market approach Identify potential new markets and install new distributors (in coordination with the International Director) Bring new specifications to new markets in the regions Visit distributors and key specifiers and keep regular contact Improved relationships and brand awareness Train Distributor personnel Support implementation of the strategy of the company Identify potential needs for support (i. e. marketing, technical etc) Identify project opportunities, interaction of specifiers and contractors Initiate and track progress of all specifications by visit and/or telephone, recording outcome in CRM Competenze ed esperienza Requirement Essential The basic academic or professional qualifications accepted Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering HNC or equivalent Fluent in English and Italian, spoken, reading and writing Experience These are things the job holder must have successfully achieved:
A background in the construction / engineering / specification industry Specification Selling experience Managing & motivating a distributor network Used to regular business travel Working in a technical environment Understands the Italian Market Skills & Knowledge These are the specific things the job holder must be able to do:
Ability to communicate at all levels within a business environment An understanding of the construction industry and allied trades Excellent communication and presentation skills Team working and the ability to motivate others Understanding of technical issues Microsoft Office suite CRM systems Negotiation skills Sales skills / training Personal Attributes These are the things the job holder must have in order to fulfil the requirements of the role:
