Regional Sales Manager - Connessioni In Acciaio - Edilizia
Azienda Prestigiosa e storica multinazionale produttrice di connessioni in acciaio. Offerta Reporting to: International Sales Director Responsibilities Acquire local knowledge of regional requirements. Identify potential new markets and install new distributors (in coordination with the International Director). Bring new specifications to new markets in the regions. Visit distributors and key specifiers and keep regular contact. Train Distributor personnel. Support implementation of the strategy of the company. Identify potential needs for support (i. e. marketing, technical etc). Identify project opportunities, identify interaction of specifiers and contractors. Initiate and track progress of all specifications by visit and/or telephone, recording outcome in CRM. Competenze ed esperienza Education & Qualifications The basic academic of professional qualifications accepted. Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering HNC or equivalent. English and Italian, language fluent, spoken, reading and writing. Experience A background in the construction / engineering / specification industry. Specification Selling experience. Managing & motivating a distributor network. Used to regular business travel. Working in a technical environment. Understands the Italian Market. Skills & Knowledge Ability to communicate at all levels within a business environment. An understanding of the construction industry and allied trades. Excellent communication and presentation skills and confident to speak in public for group presentations. Team working and the ability to motivate others. Understanding of technical issues. Microsoft Office suite. CRM systems. Negotiation skills. Sales skills / training. Personal Attributes Personable. Enthusiastic. Pro-active. Ability to operate on a stand-alone basis and as part of a team. Flexible and self motivated. Outgoing. Ability to work hands on. Ability to communicate at all levels.
