AziendaPrestigiosa e storica multinazionale produttrice di connessioni in acciaio. Descrizione LavoroReporting to: International Sales DirectorActionsAcquire local knowledge of regional requirements. Educated market approach. Identify potential new markets and install new distributors (in coordination with the International Director). Bring new specifications to new markets in the regions. Visit distributors and key specifiers and keep regular contact. Improve relationships and brand awareness. Train distributor personnel. Support implementation of the strategy of the company. Identify potential needs for support (i. e.
marketing, technical etc). Identify project opportunities, identify interaction of specifiers and contractors. Initiate and track progress of all specifications by visit and/or telephone, recording outcome in CRM. Competenze ed esperienzaRequirementEssentialThe basic academic or professional qualifications accepted. Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering HNC or equivalent. Fluent in English and Italian, spoken, reading, and writing. ExperienceThese are things the job holder must have successfully achieved:A background in the construction/engineering/specification industry. Specification selling experience. Managing & motivating a distributor network. Used to regular business travel. Working in a technical environment. Understanding of the Italian Market. Skills & KnowledgeThese are the specific things the job holder must be able to do:Ability to communicate at all levels within a business environment. An understanding of the construction industry and allied trades. Excellent communication and presentation skills and confident to speak in public for group presentations. Team working and the ability to motivate others. Understanding of technical issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. Negotiation skills. Sales skills/training.
