and Defense VerticalAbout the role:Build & drive the complete strategy for Key Account Management and Increasing Account penetration- Central Govt.
and Defense Vertical. Build strong and long-lasting relationships with business stakeholders at the CXO level. Objectives may include revenue, margin, volume, MSS, product mix as defined by management. Responsible for driving incremental demand creation efforts with customers for developing Trellix's products, solutions, or services. Identify potential customers, initiate a sales relationship, prepare and present a solution, and finalize the sales process. Leverage internal technical resources as needed to meet customer solution requirements. Work closely with customers to drive POCs and/or various GTM activities.
Upsell/cross-sell Trellix's products and solutions based on customer needs. Generate demand with resellers and end-user customers and grow mind-share, product awareness, and business relationships. Work closely with Trellix's geo SMG field sales teams to drive customer adoptions of Trellix SW and services. Manage complete alignment of the team with internal as well as external cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business transactions. Develop relationships internally with XPGs and various stakeholders. About you:15 or more years of relevant experience in Direct Sales in the Cyber Security Domain. Understanding of the portfolio of Cyber Security solutions and services. Analyze the customer environment to understand customer needs and collaborate with technical resources to provide expertise as needed to meet customer requirements. Prior sales industry experience in Central Govt and Defense Accounts. Decision-making/negotiating authority within generally defined guidelines with some room for interpretation. Preferred Qualification – bachelor's degree in engineering and MBA, preferably from a premier institute.
