Regional Sales Manager - Ionian Coast Italy Reference number: 14958 The Regional Sales Manager is a key function in the sales and marketing process, tasked with developing the region.
They inspire customers, dealers, planners, and consultants, highlighting the highest possible customer benefit and raising demand.

Tasks: 70% Management of end customers: Visits to end customers in the assigned area Identifying and anticipating customers' needs Presentation of inspiring cooking shows 25% Management of dealers: Visits to dealers in the assigned area Presentation of Partnership of Winners Planning and implementing activities for end customers Cooperation with the Internal Sales team Management of planners in collaboration with external/internal consultants Practical Experiences / Skills: Good culinary knowledge or strong passion for food preparation Good understanding of business figures and ability to analyze them Detailed and disciplined work organization Previous experience in sales is a plus Native level of Italian language and good English knowledge Competences: Strong communicator and able to build meaningful relationships Able to respond to individual requirements by offering adequate solutions Customer-oriented Excellent team player High quality standards and actively seeks improvements Offer: 1-year contract, with the possibility to turn into a permanent position Attractive salary package Yearly bonus on target achievement Structured and recurrent training Company car and mobile phone We value qualifications regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation/identity, or social, ethnic, or religious backgrounds.
