Regional Sales Manager North East
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the management of his/her sales district, the leadership of his/her employees as well as sales/turnover, so that optimized customer service and acquisition of new customers is guaranteed. Key Activities & AccountabilitiesPlanning, executing, and monitoring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget. This encompasses in particular:
The selection, leadership, development, engagement, and supervision of the assigned sales teamControl all resources and materials in his related sales areaOptimize his resources and responsibility for the running of a profitable business in his areaCustomer care for (managerial) physicians, surgical/theatre staff, and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultationImplement National Strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing in collaboration with General Manager (GM), Business Development Manager (BDM) and Product Manager (PM)Work closely with the corresponding Regional Sales Manager (RSM) of the other division in order to set new offer with the same hospital or to implement a common strategyScouting raising stars and advocate to Stryker (SYK) culture among scientific communityBe responsible of the accuracy of the forecast and prepare on a regular basis Business review to be shared to GMManage and coordinate agents/dealer activity, prepare budget allocation and organize training with Product Specialist (PS)/ PM/BDM where necessaryImplement a due diligence for agents and territory reorganization to be submitted to GMShe/Him is the link between strategy and execution and has an innovative and futuristicapproachTakes the accountability of the KOLsImplement strategy and address different stakeholdersManage discretionary investment for his areaConducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusionPromoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behavior).
