Regional Sales Manager North East - Joint
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the management of his/her sales district, the leadership of his/her employees as well as sales/turnover, so that optimized customer service and acquisition of new customers is guaranteed.
**Key Activities & Accountabilities
Planning, executing, and monitoring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget.
This encompasses in particular:
- The selection, leadership, development, engagement, and supervision of the assigned sales team
- Control all resources and materials in his related sales area
- Optimize his resources and responsibility for the running of a profitable business in his area
- Customer care for (managerial) physicians, surgical/theatre staff, and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
- Implement National Strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing in collaboration with General Manager (GM), Business Development Manager (BDM) and Product Manager (PM)
- Work closely with the corresponding Regional Sales Manager (RSM) of the other division in order to set new offer with the same hospital or to implement a common strategy
- Scouting raising stars and advocate to Stryker (SYK) culture among scientific community
- Be responsible of the accuracy of the forecast and prepare on a regular basis Business review to be shared to GM
- Manage and coordinate agents/dealer activity, prepare budget allocation and organize training with Product Specialist (PS)/ PM/BDM where necessary
- Implement a due diligence for agents and territory reorganization to be submitted to GM
- She/Him is the link between strategy and execution and has an innovative and futuristic approach
- Takes the accountability of the KOLs
- Implement strategy and address different stakeholders
- Manage discretionary investment for his area
- Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion
- Promoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behavior).
- Fulfill the quality policy and comply with company's standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones
**Key Requirements & Skills
We are looking for a proven Leader that masters driving and supporting the team to a constant and fast growth, that must be able to:

- Understand the individual customer's value drivers and offer tailored / unique prospective base on that
- Bring innovative approach and implement new strategies
- Lead by example and be a source of inspiration for his/her own team
- Create internal and external relationships based on trust and respect
- Constantly aim toward efficiency and excellence
- Scientific or Economic University background
7+ years of experience in commercial roles
- Previous experiences in other departments such as Marketing, Tender, Events will be a plus
- 3+ years of experience of team management
- Fluent level of English and Italian
