Your challenge
Working as part of a close-knit team, you are team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and able to work autonomously when needed.
Your responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager at Videojet, include:
Lead and develop your team, coach and grow their competencies and behaviors to help meet their career aspirations
Support and coach Account Managers with day-to-day sales and commercial activity, evaluating and leading individual performance to achieving personal and company targets
Define regional sales strategy and preparing progress, funnel and forecast reports
Report on regional sales in line with business requirements and provide forecasts on anticipated activity
Remain abreast of innovative and creative sales practices to maximize sales
**Your experience/skills will include**:
Exceptional people leader that coaches, mentors and is responsible for engagement
Excellent written and spoken English
Experienced organizational change leader
Proficiency of MS Office Applications
Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC would be advantageous)
