**REGIONAL SALES MANAGER / Sinsay**:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to help us grow our business by leading the sales development and success of the expansion of SINSAY stores across the italian market.
As a RSM, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing sales teams, ensuring store performance and adherence to company standards, and coordinating new store openings.
By managing the budget and the sales, by monitoring customer service and visual merchandising, by fostering the cooperation with other departments, you will be a key player in the development of the business and the reputation of the brand.

YOUR ROLE
Managing stores already opened on the Italian Market;
Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team;
Helping to grow the sales network by coordinating the new store openings;
Managing and controlling the cost budget;
Monitoring the right image, high level of customer service and VM standards;
Assessing and monitoring KPIs for store managers and store employees;
Supervising the achievement of sales targets on all managed stores;
Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments;
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.
YOUR PROFILE
5 to 10 years experience in a regional structure or similar position in the fashion industry;
Mobility to travel for business trips, when needed;
Experience in people management and supervision;
Ability to prioritize, especially handle multiple tasks under deadlines and performance pressure;
Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;
Excellent organization skills and ability to work in team and independently
Fluency usage of the English language.
