Regional Sales Manager Southern Europe

- WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
The Regional Sales Managers is responsible for growing nVent CADDY ERICO ERIFLEX business by managing direct and/or indirect sales resources in order to grow sales in their assigned region with channel partners and targeted end users.
Primary Responsibilities of the Function
- Achieve sales goals for targeted product lines by ensuring commitment and capability from direct sales teams and/or rep agencies
- Manage direct sales teams through onboarding, coaching and development
- Work with sales and channel marketing resources to develop territory & accounts plans to maximize revenue in region
- Growing business by identifying and managing channel partners within region
- Increase Channel partner effectiveness by developing relationships, supporting their needs and holding them accountable with regular performance reviews
- Negotiates contracts and agreements with Channel partners within according to company's strategy
- Assist in the development of large/strategic sales opportunities, and maintain high-level relationships with targeted customers and channel partners
- Coordinate region selling activities (e. g.
new product launch, account assignment, ongoing customer needs)
- Assess and classify customer potentials and sales opportunities across all EFS Brands
Secondary Responsibilities of the Function
- Provide recommended selling prices in collaboration with Brand Sales Team and supervision of Pricing and Product Management teams
- Review rep agencies performance; resign well-performing reps, remove under-performing reps, and sign new reps in areas of need according to EFS DOA
- Coordinate a predictive analyze to avoid customer leakage
- Assist to manage the claims resolution process and RMA's
- Analyze competitors, market positioning and benchmarking of products
- Act as VOC conduit between the Channel Partners and support functions
- Collect ideas for new product developments from Voice Of Customers
- YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- Ideally 5+ years in an outside sales management role in an electrical, mechanical and/or industrial market along with extensive experience managing a distribution network at every level.
- Experience selling through multiple types of customers, including contractors, integrators/consultants, engineers and end users/OEMs.
- Demonstrated skills to effectively and timely define, implement, track and report on the progress of a sales/action plan with your team and with your distributors.
- Knowledge and experience using sales force effectiveness tools and approaches (i. e.
customer segmentation, territory management, technology tools such as CRM and mobile technologies, sales force time management).
- Proven skills to cultivate long-term, sustainable, value-based relationships with core accounts that elevates revenue opportunities and brand equity.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, and influence, rationale and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan.
- Consistently demonstrated alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
- Excel and Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to work from home office.
- Must be proficient in English.
