Regional Sales Manager - Structural Heart
Main Purpose of Job - Lead the TMTI franchise (MitraClip & TriClip) for the assigned Region, coordinating the regional field force team
Key Responsibilities - Under the supervision of the Division Manager, develop and implement strategies for the assigned Region to meet annual sales target, budget and market share goals.
- Support introduction of new SH technologies in the market, leading new therapies adoption and growth.
- Coordinate the regional field force team in executing selling process, clinical activities (including cases support and screening), therapy development and marketing campaigns.
- Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trend and competitive analysis.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, KOLs and all the relevant external stakeholders
- Closely work in cooperation with internal functions (Marketing, Medical Affair, Health Economics, Tender, Customer Service).
- Act in compliance with applicable procedures and policies.
Education Required 10+ years of related work experience
Skills and experience - Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)
