This position is assigned to the Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Training Branch, N947; Fleet and Family Readiness Support Services, N94; Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central (CNREURAFCENT); Naples, Italy.

Incumbent serves as a Training Specialist supporting region-wide FFR training, content development, implementation, and facilitation efforts.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION Knowledge of Navy Fleet and Family Readiness programs, issues, policies, procedures, regulations, and support functions.

Knowledge of CNIC organizational structure and mission(s) of organizations serviced to assess and evaluate training needs for organizations serviced.

Knowledge of LMS/database operation, registration, and learning event management principles, concepts, policies, configuration, system operations, system trouble shooting, and reporting processes.

Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Programs Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; desktop publishing applications Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro.

Skill in project management including analyzing, planning, organizing, and coordinating complex work assignments Skill in working within a LMS environment and virtual learning platforms such as Adobe Connect and Microsoft Teams.

Ability to design and rapidly develop high-quality interactive e-learning, virtual instructor led training, classroom training, job aids, and/or other performance improvement solutions for adult students.

Ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations and/or training.

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
