The Regulatory & Product Safety Coordinator will be responsible for all the Regulatory topics linked to Acqua di Parma products (new launches and existing portfolio) in coordination with LVMH RA central team based in Paris.

In this position, she/he will support Product Development & Operations Departments to be complaint with the existing Regulation in the markets.

In particular, she/he will have the following responsibilities:

Collect the correct documentation (ex FSC, LOA ) needed for the registration in the markets and to provide it to the Country Autorithies;

Collect and ship the samples for Chinese sanitary registration;

Operative daily activities linked to Regulatory Affairs topics;

Responsible for the Regulatory and labelling compliance of non-cosmetics products, such as Candles and Home Diffusers (REACH, CLP and all the related regulations);

Follow the 3PM for all the queries coming from LVMH central R&D about ingredients and raw materials validation;

Acqua di Parma representative at the LVMH central RA coordination meetings and at Cosmetica Italia working groups dedicated to Regulatory and Chemical topics;

Act as point of contact of LVMH Packaging Regulatory team inParis and will manage packaging LVMH blacklists;

Support in Regulatory and Quality audits to the suppliers;

Responsible for Cosmetovigilance in Europe, being the point of contact of LVMH Cosmetovigilance central team and of the external consultancy company;

Responsible for Product Quality and Safety Management, as example for Chinese Autorithies.

University degree - Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies, Chemical Engineering or Biology or similar;

Deep and updated knowledge of the cosmetics and non-cosmetics (REACH and CLP) Chemical and Sanitary Regulation in Europe and main markets;

Knowledge of Cosmetovigilance Regulation in and out of Europe;

Technical knowledge of basic chemical principles of cosmetic ingredients and raw materials;

Analytical thinking;

Ability to work under pressure and to manage several projects at the same time;

Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;

Problem solving & Decision Making;

Luxury attitude, sensitiveness for the product quality;

Good level of use of MS Excel, MS Project;

Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus).
