**Regulatory Affairs Intern**:

JOB MISSION

The mission of this role will be to support and assist the team in ensuring compliance with worldwide cosmetic regulations, through a complete and constant update and check of necessary requirements.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Preparation of documents for pre-market cosmetic registrations required by EU and extra-EU health authorities;

- Regulatory check of labels and ingredient lists of the products;

- Check of certificates of analysis required by some extra-EU countries for the shipping of the products;

- Preparation of scientific informative forms for both Salons and Spas.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

- Scientific academic background (Bachelor's degree in Regulatory, Chemistry, CTF or Biology);

- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Software including Excel and Word;

- High attention to details and accuracy;

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills;

- Multitasking ability;

- Organization and time management skills.
