**About the role
Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Specialist will play a crucial role in handling the company's regulatory and corporate affairs matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting corporate governance.
This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong understanding of corporate and civil law, regulatory requirements, and strategic business practices.
**Key responsibilities**:
As a Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal and corporate matters, including contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Assisting the Head of Compliance in ensuring compliance with Italian and Spanish regulations, and keep the company informed of relevant legal developments
- Supporting the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
- Conducting legal research and provide timely and accurate legal opinions
- Assisting in handling disputes, litigation, and other legal proceedings as needed
- Maintaining corporate records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
All the foregoing under the supervision of the Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Manager.
**Essential experience & skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (Master Degree in Corporate or Civil law will be considered a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, civil law, and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ability to listen and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in legal research tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a law firm
- Good command of a foreign language (additional to English and Italian).
