About the Role As Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be a key member of BDO New Zealands National team, responsible for supporting the business in proactively responding to changes in the regulatory environment we operate in, both in New Zealand and globally.

The role is broad in scope with an opportunity to immerse yourself in the business:

The role is a great mix of assisting with existing regulatory compliance, but also being ahead of the game and proactively identifying and implementing new regulatory / legislation changes.

Youll work across a large network of New Zealand offices to lead and support them to imbed, implement, and comply with relevant regulatory requirements across areas like privacy and AML.

Skills and Experience Youll be tertiary qualified, ideally with a legal qualification and have 3- years experience in a legal or regulatory environment / role Experience in Privacy legislation and AML To succeed, is imperativethat youre proactive and self-motivated, and love immersing yourself in the business Your curiosity will enable you to identify opportunities and solutions to make an impact across the business Youre known for your ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders Juggling multiple projects means youre well organised and your attention to detail is second to none Why BDO Working at BDO is all about richer relationships within our network, with our clients and around the world.
