The Italian offices in Varedo (MB), Grassobbio (BG) and Cesena (FC), in coordination with the other European offices, represent one of the largest operational structures of the CBC Group, in terms of production, distribution and sales.
The entire organisation is involved in the chemical-pharmaceutical business, in products for biological control in integrated and organic agriculture, in the distribution of electro-medical products, and in the supply of optical and electronic products and accessories for security and industrial applications.
The different business areas cover Europe, the CIS, Africa and the Middle East. Biogard is the division of CBC (Europe) that has been active for many years in the field biocontrol media such as plant protection products, mating disruption, macro-organisms, biostimulants and plant nutrition.

A position of REGULATORY SPECIALIST has opened up for this division. GOALFor the European regulatory team, reporting directly to the manager, we are looking for a Regulatory Specialist who supports the team in facilitating the regulatory approval and compliance of plant protection products while ensuring their safety, efficacy, and environmental sustainability.
The role is international and requires good interpersonal and language skills in order to be able to collaborate with colleagues in the various European locations. ACTIVITY AND RESPONSIBILITYRegulatory Compliance Assessment:Evaluate and ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing plant protection products. Stay updated on regulatory changes and amendments related to pesticides and other plant protection products. Product Registration Management:Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including dossiers, registrations, and renewals, according to regulatory requirements. Handle the registration process for plant protection products with competent authorities. Conduct risk assessments for plant protection products to assess their impact on human health, the environment, and non-target organisms. Analyze data from GLP studies, including toxicological, environmental fate assessments, and residue trials to determine product safety and efficacy. REQUIREMENTSKnowledgeable about EU and national regulatory guidelines, criteria and processes applied to plant protection products. Min.
5 years working experience in the same role. Excellent English; French language is a plus. Accuracy, proactivity, and the ability to work autonomously are fundamental. Problem-solving and organizational skills, along with teamwork ability. Perform tasks in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner. Commitment. Excellent knowledge of Office 365 Suite. OFFERWe offer a full-time contract, CCNL trade/tertiary sector, with a salary in proportion to the experience and duties performed.
