Purpose of the Role: The Regulatory Technical Information Manager is responsible for implementing and managing Regulatory/PLM software to streamline operations, safeguard intellectual property, and simplify raw material complexity within the product lifecycle management framework.
This role is crucial for fostering innovation, improving regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities: Oversee the successful implementation/rollout of Hazex/Devex software. Manage the intellectual property (IP) database and associated documentation. Facilitate the rationalization of raw material selections to reduce complexity and improve supply chain efficiency/cost. Ensure PLM practices align with regulatory and business requirements to protect proprietary data. Main Activities: Configure and integrate TraceOne solutions (Hazex/Devex) across relevant business units. Maintain and update the IP database, ensuring accessibility and security for cross-functional teams. Assess, standardize, and digitalize the Intellectual Property in terms of recipes, data, regulatory information, and technical documentation of the Group raw materials and products. Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and operational functions to streamline raw material standardization. Collaborate in a de-complexity project on the Group raw material and products. Maintain and update the Regulatory documents database, ensuring accessibility and security for cross-functional teams and customers. Provide technical training and guidance to support compliance and maximize software utilization. Experience: Strong proven regulatory experience in the food & beverage or chemical industry. Proven expertise in TraceOne software, specifically with Hazex and Devex modules. Proven expertise in GHS, CLP, FIAP, IFRA, and similar regulatory calculation standards. Demonstrated ability to manage complex data and intellectual property within a PLM framework. Good SQL knowledge is a plus. Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus. Education: Degree in Chemistry or related field, or a Computer Science degree with extensive regulatory experience in similar roles in food and beverage or chemical companies.
