Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

P&C Treaty Retrocession, is part of the Group reinsurance of the GHO and is, inter alia, in charge of negotiating reinsurance contracts with external reinsurers both in traditional and capital markets.

Such activity is aimed at protecting the Group financial stability and at mitigating the volatility of the underwriting results.

One of the department within P&C Treaty Retrocession is Reinsurance Contracts & Claims Management which has the duty of drafting reinsurance agreements and managing reinsurance claims.

- Generali Head Office's Reinsurance contracts as reinsurer of the other Legal Entities

- Generali Head Office's Reinsurance contracts with the external market to protect the company' portfolio

- Production of detailed analysis of the claims documentation

- Production of claims statistcs for internal clients

- Creation of reports illustrating the main claims at the expense of the Generali Group for the benefit of the company's top management

Must have

- Bachelor's degree in Law

- Proficiency in English, French and/or German is an asset

- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in reinsurance
