The Europe-Asia Economic Summit (EAES) provides a platform for international companies, both large-scale and SMEs, to engage with industry leaders, connect with potential partners, create business opportunities, and foster cooperation between Europe and Asia. The inaugural event is scheduled for May 26-28, 2025, at the Congress Center in Davos. Role Description EAES is looking for a PARTNER in Italy This role is ideal for senior executives looking to leverage their network while enhancing their reputation and expertise in their field. This is a remote, commission-based contract role for a Partnership Partner at EAES. Upon achieving key performance indicators, this role might become fixed and permanent. Job Summary The Partnership Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships, recruiting participants, and securing sponsorships for the EAES. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, a proven ability to drive growth, and a passion for supporting the summit's mission. Key Responsibilities Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with organizations, government agencies, and community groups. Build and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and stakeholders across Italy and the broader European region. Secure sponsorships to support the summit's growth and success. Lead participant recruitment efforts through personalized outreach and targeted strategies. Develop and execute tailored communication strategies to raise awareness of EAES and its mission. Maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and support for the foundation. Represent the foundation at public and private speaking engagements, promoting EAES and its goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and sponsorships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc. ). Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, participant recruitment, or sponsorship acquisition. Proven track record of successfully establishing partnerships and securing sponsorships. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Italian. Proactive, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team. Experience in event management or working with non-profit organizations is a plus.
