What You'll Do: Drive safe maintenance practices in line with HSE policies.

Lead and implement long-term preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Analyze performance data to improve equipment reliability and availability.

Assist in cost control efforts and the reporting of key performance indicators Motivate and coach a reliability team to deliver excellence.

Collaborate with global technical teams to optimize operations.

What We're Looking For: A technical diploma or degree with 5+ years of maintenance experience.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on team development.

Expertise in reliability strategies, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
