Reliability Engineer (Maternity Cover)
Job Title: Reliability Engineer Location: Italy, Rieti Purpose Reliability engineer is a member of the engineering team at the site, responsible for improving the reliability of equipment, utilities, systems and maintenance processes, applying the principles of reliability engineering. She/he works in co-operation with engineering team and, more in general, with all the site and global organization, to achieve the success of Takeda to better serve patients worldwide. He/she is responsible for:
Management/participation/support to programs targeting assets reliability improvementPreventive and predictive maintenance programs definitionMeasure of performance to identify performance improvement areas and track progresses and achievements. Responsibilities: Maintenance programs:
assessment, definition, documentation, management and execution (as applicable)Special focus on Preventive and predictive maintenanceInvolvement in execution flow of predictive maintenanceImprovement programs definition and management, with special focus on:
improvement of reliability of equipment, systems and utilitiesoptimization of maintenance activitiesimprovement of maintenance processes and technologiesPerformance analysis, with special focus on:
equipment & systems performancemaintenance performance of the sitesequipment & systems complianceEngineering support in multiple areas:
MaintenanceTroubleshooting (3rd level)projects and programs, complianceCompliance (CAPA, Deviations, Audits)Requirements, skills and qualifications: Engineering experience in comparable position or area; preferred Reliability position held for Bachelor or Master's Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or similar field. Languages: Fluent in Italian; Good in English (written and spoken)Knowledge of: Advanced Predictive Maintenance and Maintenance Assessment: Black and Clean UtilitiesFlexibility Ability to manage priorities and multiple inputsManagement of conflictsMature Early Warning approach in the management of prioritiesLeadership Strategic enterprise thinking; ability to find innovative ways to serve patients and build Takeda's trust, reputation and business.
