Residual Value Analysis: Calculate and forecast the residual values of vehicles, collaborating with the analytics team to collect data and implement predictive models based on factors such as market trends, wear and tear, and sales trends. Vehicle Life Cycle Optimization: Monitor and improve the vehicle life cycle duration and identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue from the sale of used vehicles. Sales Partner Relationship Management: Coordinate with dealerships, auction platforms, and end customers to optimize the sales process for withdrawn vehicles, ensuring a good purchase experience and proper management of financial flows. Risk and Cost Management: Evaluate and reduce financial risks related to residual value fluctuations and vehicle depreciation, while managing costs associated with the remarketing process. Reporting and Analysis: Provide detailed reports on remarketing activities, highlighting key KPIs such as sales margins, volumes of vehicles sold, and actual residual values compared to forecasts. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and internal processes. What we are looking for: Experience: 5 years of experience in a customer support or inspection role in the automotive sector, preferably in a quality control, logistics, or PDI environment. Education: A Bachelor's degree or a relevant technical certification is a plus, with a focus on automotive, logistics, or engineering fields. Languages: Excellent written and spoken skills in Italian and English.
Knowledge of Chinese or other European languages is a significant advantage. Technical Skills: Competence in using light machinery, power tools, and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and an IT-driven approach to logistics. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships across departments and with various service providers.
High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and resilience under stress, especially in high-pressure situations. Mindset: Innovative, proactive, and process-focused, with a strong interest in continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership, ensuring all processes are carried out to the highest standards and deadlines are met. Driving License: A valid driving license is required for on-site inspections and travel between complexes and service locations. We offer: Competitive compensation based on performance and experience. Health insurance (Metasalute) and meal vouchers. Departmental and company-wide team-building events. An exciting opportunity to participate in the European transition to zero-emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy.
