Remote Cdi Enabling Functions Hrbp
PURPOSE AND SCOPE**:
- This role is a Strategic Partner to the CDI Enabling Function Leaders; with the appropriate support, guides, develops, and implements a blend of strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving CDI business objectives in the CDI Regions through the support of internal dedicated resources, tools and initiatives. Helps ensure the alignment between CDI and the local needs. Provides expertise, coaching, consultation and problem solving on organizational design and development, change management, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee/managerial development, succession planning, employee relations, training, and policy/procedure interpretations. _
- Operates in a highly matrixed company with geographically distributed employees. _
- This is an exciting position for someone who loves to make an impact in a very demanding and changing environment. Though the position is for an Individual Contributor, the incumbent will be required to work and positively influence many different teams in each Country; should enjoy team spirit and open communication. _
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be knowledgeable on CDI Business and its dynamics and be able to connect HR strategy to Business needs and viceversa
- Support Client group to execute their strategy and plans adding HR perspective and implications
- Defines leadership development needs and contributes to solutions to improve the capability of managers to lead and manage their employees to achieve business goals
- With appropriate support, is able to coach managers on their leadership style and support employees in their experience
- Monitors effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide feedback or adjustments
- With appropriate support, is able to coach on Organizational Changes as necessary
- Collaborate with Fresenius HR Center of Excellence to advance adoption of HR systems and policies in the Region
- Is aware of local, state and federal statutes, and public policies and of their impact on Business outcomes. Work with Compliance, Legal and ER offices to ensure the organization is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Leads succession planning activities with client groups in order to ensure that a pipeline of high potential and/or promotable employees are identified and developed to meet future organization needs
- Analyzes employee/employment data for business decision-making including but not limited to staffing levels/deployment, turnover, recruitment, applicant tracking, compensation, job grades, promotions, etc
- Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISION:
Report to VP HR CDI; Individual Contributor role.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 8 - 10 years' related experience.
- 3+ years' experience as a Manager preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Must have excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business basics.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated problem analysis and solution development skills.
- Must stay current with the general trends in employment and agency law, the labor market and HR best practices.
LOCATION:
- Flexible, preference for a European Country for proximity to Client Group
