Hustler Marketing Remote Head of Product - eCommerce Marketing Agency remote Milan, Metropolitan City of Milan, Italy Full time (REMOTE) Head of Product at an eCommerce Marketing Agency This position aims to enhance the definition and growth of Hustler Marketing in an attempt to develop the most relevant and up to date products for Hustler Marketing's clients and their audience.

As the overseer of those involved in product development, the person who fits this role can swiftly direct the vision for every new idea that comes to the surface.

This is a multi-functional position that requires Creativity, Sales, Data Analytics, and Marketing knowledge.

What you'll do:

Control the full product creation process from discovery to delivery while remaining innovative/open-minded around new product ideas Prioritize key elements in new products in order to optimize our expansion efforts and customer experience Experiment rigorously with new ideas and models in order to come up with the best way to bring new opportunities to the company's clients and partners Passionately advocate for a customer experience that leads to extreme customer loyalty Incubate new concepts or new strategic partnerships as needed to fulfill the demand for innovative, groundbreaking products Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and the leadership team Define product requirements and manage implementation from end to end, including writing technical specs, collaborating with engineering, overseeing QA, and measuring impact Analyze data and conduct user research to identify insights and inform productdecisions Lead experimentation through A/B tests to improve performance on key business metrics Provide guidance and leadership to direct reports (Management & Leadership) Requirements What you'll need:

At least 10 years of working experience in a product development position with a fast-paced and dynamic business environment (preferably agencies or SaaS companies) More than three years of experience in a Head of Product position is highly desirable.

Experience in leading a Product of 10+ members is considered highly desirable Strong Communication Skills as well as being fluent in English Working knowledge of eCommerce, Shopify/Klaviyo ecosystem, and other technologies related to the industry is an advantage What you'll get:
