Remote Parts Consultant
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an Outbound Parts Consultant to manage the development of the spare parts business in the external authorized sales network channels for our National Sales Company's network.
The Outbound Parts Project aims to increase revenue in the authorized repairers external sales channel by providing service solutions working in parallel with Authorized Network to:
- Increase loyalty of repairers on competitive products;
- Develop incremental business areas;
- Support to the authorized repairer in the growth of business.
**Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve the assigned goals.
Professionally grow the business and revenue of assigned National Sales Company Partners and support them in implementing a structured business process through data analysis and daily contact.
In particular, the resource must:
- Support the National Sales Company partner in defining of the offer, with particular reference to promotional products and local initiatives;
- Verify the results generated by undertaken actions, sharing them at different levels;
- Constantly check the level of service offered by National Sales Company Partners;
- Ensure continuous improvement of the relationship between National Sales Company Partners and Authorized Network;
- Guarantee a continuous purchase fidelity of competitive materials;
- Manage the closing of the trimester;
- Facilitate the daily management between Authorized Network and National Sales Company;
- Develop incremental business areas;
- Collaborate and cooperate (Team working and team building);
- Training for new consultants (training on the job);
- Inform the Project Manager on critical situations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree (technical or economic disciplines);
- Knowledge of the operating dynamics of service operations;
- Previous experience in the automotive field, at least 1 year;
- Good analytical skills and result orientation;
- High relational and communication skills with National Sales Company and dealership employees (management and operational);
- Leadership skills towards the Dealership Team and staff;
- Flexibility;
- Planning skills;
- Organization skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Problem Solving Skills;
- Knowledge of the Office package (Excel in particular);
- Language skills: Italian and English.
