ResponsibilitiesFirst-level support of issues, communicate with customer and provide supportGSP system tickets handling for direct sales productPerform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems according to FQA and instructionEscalate the trouble ticket to second Line when you cannot solve itTrack issues through to resolutionImplementation for software delivery and upgradesWorking to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areasYour profileKeep in mind it's all about electrical equipment, that's why it is essential for you to have:

Education as Electrical technician or EngineerWilling to work on call dutyExperience with Sungrow product is beneficialExperience dealing with issues, and have good communicationWillingness to travelEnglish and Italian Proficiency at least C1 LevelDriving license is beneficialH&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training is beneficialField service work experiences is beneficialWhy us?
