**What you will do**:

As a Remote Support Associate, you will:

- Lead remote interactions including and not limited to, solving the issue, adopting visual assistance tool, capturing resolution/steps taken to troubleshoot, providing a report, verify fulfilment of expectations prior to close any support

- Collaborate with the field force, CIR, D&T and PS&E Automation competence networks.

- Support identification of opportunity for improvement of equipment reliability, availability and/or performance to add value to our customers

- Ensure a continuous competence development, updates, and refresh on NPI and new service solutions, participating to internal project activities together with D&T, CIR, Automation P&SE

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field with at least two years' related experience.

- Two years' experience designing, starting up, and/or troubleshooting industrial automation systems.

- Understanding of Beckoff Automation products including but not limited to Twincat, C#, Operator Interface, and Comms/Networks.

- Ability to handle high pressure work situations

- Self-initiative, ownership, excellent listening skills, drive for results and superb attention to detail.

- Responsiveness, customer-centric mindset, collaborative, technical engineering expertise, and business acumen.
