The Renewal Account Manager Role As a Renewal Account Manager at Qlik, you'll be at the heart of our Customer Success Organization, championing subscription renewals and building lasting relationships with customers. In this vital role, you'll work across teams and directly with customers to ensure they experience the full value of Qlik's innovative solutions. Your focus will be on securing renewals, mitigating risks, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering an exceptional customer journey that reinforces loyalty and satisfaction. Strong negotiation skills: Confidence in handling enterprise contracts and driving value-based outcomes. Analytical mindset: Highly organized and skilled at leveraging data to guide strategies. Exceptional interpersonal skills: A natural influencer and problem solver who thrives on collaboration and conflict resolution.
