Renewal Sales Representative - Team Lead
Renewal Team Leader - Continental Europe**Location: flexible within Continental Europe region
**The Role
Renewal Team Leader is part of EMEA Renewal central team, reporting directly to EMEA renewal manager.
The role covers a wide range of initiatives and will remotely coordinating a team of local Renewal Sales Representatives across the Continental Europe region ( **France/Italy/Iberia/UKI/DACH/Nordics **).
You will ensure consistent business processes throughout the region and proactively contribute to the
improvement of the renewal business to increase renewal billings and retention rates as a whole.
The role will be also critical to share best practices and train the Renewal Sales Representatives to maximise the renewals and upsell our services.
An essential part of the role is to lead, motivate, coach and train the local in country Renewal
Representatives, so previous sales experience, training and remote team leading skills are preferred.
**Main Responsibilities
- Day to day management of a remote team (France/Italy/Iberia/UKI/DACH/Nordics) ensuring
success and achievement of preset renewal sales targets.
- Act proactively to ensure team operates and works collaboratively to build and develop a unique
identity and community.
- Monitor and analyze sales figures and KPIs to give precise feedback to senior management.
- Gather and consolidate sales forecast reports from the team and provide weekly reports to senior
management.
- Prepare quarterly and annual sales results
- Generate renewal quotations and support the local sales teams to close strategic deals.
- Develop relationships with key Distributors and Partners in the field to ensure consistency of
sales and business processes.
- Liaise with central Renewal Team to understand the policies and procedures to be implemented.
- Identify common challenges, proactively suggest improvement to existing processes, and deliver best practices to renewal representatives to help deliver maximum value of our products.
- Support the renewal business by defining programs and promotions which are strategic for the
regions.
- Achieve target renewal rate, renewal amount, upsell & trade-up objectives set by senior
management.
**Required Skills & Experience**- A Proven track history of handling a B2B renewal process
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Solid understanding of sales process and timing
- Previous experience of working in an international context
- Proven experience and demonstrable skills in remote team management.
- Advanced problem solving and decision making skills
- Comfortable with a dotted line management structure
interactions with both internal team and channel customers.
- Goal oriented individual, with managerial skills, strong and positive leadership experience.
- A strong work ethic, with a team player mentality
- Advanced in SFDC
- Fluent English, competency in other European languages would be a plus
