The role is responsible for managing opportunities with our Partners, our Distributors, while also working with our internal Technical Account team.
Renewal Specialists should have experience and be comfortable on the phone and emailing with our partners and handling CoreView Solutions Conversations and guiding customers and resellers to make decisions on renewals and x-sell/upsell opportunities. The role will be on a shift rotation, working the following hours;1 week at 9am – 5pm1 week at 2pm – 10pmResponsibilities. Manage the end-to-end renewal process for customer and reseller contractsProactively reach out to partners and resellers to discuss renewal optionsNegotiate contract terms and pricing with customers and resellersCollaborate with sales and Technical Account teams to ensure a smooth renewal processAddress partner concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfactionAnalyse renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementMaintain accurate records of renewal activities and customer interactionsDevelop and implement strategies to improve renewal ratesProvide regular reports on renewal performance to managementAssist in the development of renewal-related marketing materialsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesParticipate in training and development programs to enhance skillsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresHandle escalated renewal issues and work towards resolutionSupport the onboarding of new customers as needed2+ years of experience in a renewals or customer success roleStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to analyse data and identify trendsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in the technology or software industry is a plusAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationshipsKnowledge of contract management and renewal processesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWillingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologiesMust be fluent in English, ideally able to speak German or French #J-18808-Ljbffr
