The resource will be responsible for developing the business area related to product rental by providing technical and commercial development support to customers located in the regions of Central and Northern Italy: Veneto, Lombardy, Piedmont and Emilia Romagna.

Activity:

- Acquisition of customers and orders related to the rental business line;

- Sale of spare parts and assistance;

- Identify possibilities for business development on existing customers and prospects;

- Develop strategies for customer development and satisfaction;

- Implement business strategies in terms of customer management and sales levels;

- Preparation, drafting and presentation to the customer of commercial offers in line with company policy;

- Customer support in solving problems related to the product.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Technical Specialization;

- At least 3 years' experience in the job of preference in the HVAC, industrial machinery and mechanical production fields;

- Excellent knowledge of the English language;

- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite;

- Theoretical bases of Thermodynamics;

- Willingness to travel;

- Ability to develop the market and analyze customer needs, ability to work under stress, strong communication, negotiation and listening skills, propensity for team building.
