Partner with the best The Repair Engineering Instruction digitalization project is part of the MES 4. 0 manufacturing project.
The project is planned to last at least 2 years and is targeting the full digitalization of the REI that today are pdf static files, by using the TCE module Quality control plan.
The goal is to digitalize each instruction in Teamcenter in order to optimize not only the creation of REI but also the update of it through the automatic link to any specifications applicable to the repair of a component as well as to configuration changes approved in the PCB process.
As a Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Supporting in re-wiring the content of the repair engineering instruction in order to optimize the upgrade from the static repository to the digital ones.
Setting the REI to be automatically linked to the repair shop routing and working instruction which are based on the REI and which are part of another branch of the MES 4. 0 initiative led by the Global Operations team.
Integrating the development with the solutions defined in the MES 4. 0 umbrella project and interacting often with the subject matter experts of the Teamcenter application (Siemens).
Preparing technical documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and supporting internal reviews of the project while being accountable for the applicable action items and driving the extended team for goal achievement.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have:
A Mechanical Engineering degree.
A minimum of 5 years of Turbomachinery services or design experience, with exposure to service and related applicable standards knowledge.
Knowledge and practical skills on Teamcenter.
Knowledge of product/machine configurations and the relevant development and management processes.
Good technical, project management, system engineering, and interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of industry design practices, standards, regulations, and methodologies.
An interest in Energy transition technologies.
Fluency in English.
