**As Replenishment Specialist**, within the Supply Chain and Logistics Department, you will report to the **Global Replenishment Manager **and you will be responsible for the following activities:

- acquire subsidiaries' needs through analysis of requests and transfer orders, check products' availability (stock, production plans), insert deliveries on SAP System

- prepare all the related documents (transport and invoicing documents, customs documents, etc.

)

- define shipping methods and dates, manage possible delays of products' availability and multi-market products requests.

Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.

**English knowledge** and **proficiency in the main MSOffice tools (EXCEL)** are basic requirements.
