Reporting and Consolidation Specialist - Milan Sergio Rossi Milano, Italia Accounting and Budget Hybrid Company Description Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951 that is 100% controlled by Lanvin Group , the global luxury fashion group of Fosun , is currently looking for a Reporting and Consolidation Specialist to be based in the HQs offices. Position The ideal candidate will be part of the Finance Team and will report to the Finance Consolidation Manager. He/she will be involved in the following main activities: • Monthly closing activities, including preparation of monthly Group Reporting package and internal managerial reporting, analysis of actual vs budget and forecast variations, interaction with the other controllers for the preparation of reporting; • Analysis of the margins and performances of the companies of the Group, with respect to the budget and forecasts; • Support in the preparation of Group Consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards; • Drafting of periodic reports (monthly and quarterly); • Support in the preparation of Budget; • Support the Finance Consolidation Manager in managing the relationship with Auditors. Requirements • Degree in Economics or Finance; • At least 3-5 years of experience gained in the role, preferably in a consulting / auditing firm or in the luxury industry; • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel; • Proven experience with consolidation tools; • Good command of the English language; • The ideal candidate shall express excellent analytical skills, proactivity as well as positive relations and team working attitude.
