YOUR TEAM You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.

Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:

Produce and maintain reporting templates pertaining to the workforce Provide the indicators, dimensional and economic, of the workforce covered in annual and periodic institutional reporting Optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of existing workforce reporting as well as related ways of extracting, aggregating and representing existing data Design, develop, publish, and maintain management H. C. dashboards Research and recommend key performance indicators to provide better readability in reporting Identify ideas for automation and standardization of processes for extracting and representing personnel-related data.

Enter and update on current systems (Zucchetti and SAP software) personnel master data, either manually or through data capture processes Perform correctness, squaring and consistency checks of data in the system ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Enrollment in protected categories L. 68/99 Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in economics Proven experience with reporting tools, software and other applications such as SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Infinity Portal Studio, Board Advanced knowledge of MS Excel using pivot tables, query and vlookup functions Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) A cooperative approach with the stakeholders Accuracy and good analytical skills Confidentiality in data management ADDITIONAL SKILLS Past experience of Human Resources data entry preferred Good communication skills Strong problem-solving attitude High motivation to learn Good at time and priority management Ability to work in a challenging and international environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment Good command of spoken and written English COMPENSATION PACKAGE Competitive salary package for international standards (Salary can include bonus option depending on your role and contract) Private health care coverage (Depending on your role and contract) Wide range of staff discounts 2 days of teleworking per week Flexible working time WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
