Research & Data Science Specialist
At least 5 years of relevant quantitative research and analytics experience - to create comprehensive studies unveiling consumer and market insights
- and managing large datasets (experience with marketing automation, list segmentations, trigger campaigns is preferred);
- English: advanced knowledge oral and writing;
- MS Office knowledge and high proficiency in the use of statistical packages (e. g.
SAS);
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics or engineering;
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting-/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms;
- Hands in experience with machine learning algorithms;
- Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline driven environment while balancing multiple priorities;
- Proactive, proven track record of achieving ambitious goals (personal, professional or educational) and well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to tell data-based stories and to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups;
- Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and highly complex designs algorithm;
- Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build models;
- Design advanced algorithms to support CRM processes (e. g.
hot leads);
- Identify new opportunities to leverage data science;
- Lead new data collection and discovery processes with external Institutes;
- Make recommendations on data collection, integration, data quality processes;
- Partner with other teams such as IT, Marketing, collaborating on projects across the company;
- Educate the organization on data driven approaches. VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
