**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS**:
- Your main job will be the coordination and execution of R&D projects and related tasks
- You will manage the execution and coordination of different projects with dedicated R&D team and supporting functions
- You will plan the project relevant activities in detail: feasibility study, tasks, costs analysis, definition of test programs, measurements for validation of development steps, evaluation of test results and reporting activities (technical data sheets, manufacturing and test instructions, control plans)
- You will be responsible for development of new products according to specification within budget and time
- You will be responsible for product certifications and product qualifications in relation to projects assigned to your supervision.
You will also ensure sampling to customers and customer qualifications
- You will take over the responsibility for homologation of raw materials, coordinating industrialization of manufacturing
- You will develop testing methods including connected documentation and give support to sales documentation
- You will directly report to R&D Manager
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Master's degree in Chemistry or Material Science, PhD will be highly appreciated
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in execution of development of tasks or project management, required specific technical experience in the development area
- Previous experience in paints / coatings /adhesives / resins for impregnation and potting field would be an advantage
- Analytical and scientific skills, pragmatic, inquisitive, dynamic and self-driven personality with high problem-solving ability, leadership and social competence
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured way of working in an intercultural organization are a minimum requirement
- Ability to work interdisciplinary in direct contact with customers
- Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken, knowledge of German and French would be advantageous
- Available to travel for limited time (max 20%).
