**For our R&D Centre, located in the AREA Science Park in Trieste, we are looking for an employee for the following area

Research & Innovation - Food Chemistry (M/F/d)

Your responsibilities:

- Carrying out projects related to basic research and in particular in food chemistry by developing analytical methods

- Studying the flavour profile of food in order to improve our products

- Conducting analyses in our analytical laboratories

- Involvement in projects with national and international research centres

Your profile:

- University degree in Chemistry/ Food Science and Technology/ Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, preferably with PhD

- 1-2 years' experience in food chemistry within an R&D department

- Open to work in an international environment and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad

- Fluent in Italian and English, German is considered a plus
