Role Description GReD is seeking a talented and driven Research and Development Specialist to join our team full-time at our headquarters in Lomazzo (CO).

In this on-site role, you will contribute to groundbreaking projects by developing research algorithms and corresponding software tools.

You will analyze and model georeferenced data related to gravity and magnetic fields, playing a key role in our mission to push the boundaries of geomatics innovation.

Key Responsibilities Implement advanced research algorithms and tools for data analysis.

Analyse and model georeferenced data, with a focus on gravity and magnetic field applications.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Document methodologies, results, and tools to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications Strong expertise in programming languages such as C and MATLAB.

Proficiency in data analytics and data modeling.

Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Background in statistics and geophysics is highly desirable.

Language skills: ability to write, read, and speak fluently in English is required, knowledge of the Italian language is a plus.

A Master's degree in Data Science , Computer Science , Geophysics , or a related field.
