**Who You'll Work With**:

- You will be based in our Milan office as part of the Milan Client Capability Network team.

- The Milan Client Capabilities Network is part of the geographic research and knowledge group with analysts covering the main sectors of activity for McKinsey in Italy.

The Client Capabilities Network is a global network, which includes more than 7000 research and knowledge professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge.

**Your impact within our firm**:

- You will support consultants with research by developing deep industry knowledge.

The role will particularly focus on Risk & Resilience topics, addressing how businesses can prepare for and navigate through various challenges and uncertainties.

- In this role, you will use a variety of internal and external information sources to retrieve data, organize, analyze, interpret and present the findings in a variety of formats.

You will perform market and company analyses to help resolve specific issues for our clients.

- You will develop knowledge and help support the continuous improvement of our knowledge assets, innovating firm knowledge and delivery through special projects, both with client teams and on a stand-alone basis.

**Your qualifications and skills**:

- A consistent record of academic excellence an economics/business/engineering discipline with a dedicated focus on Risk; any working experience will be considered a plus

- Strong problem-solving, analytical and numerical skills

- Superior organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e. g.

Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Solid understanding of financial, economic and general business concepts and terminology

- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Italian language
