Description of the Research Activity: The research is part of the 'Digital Innovation Hub South Tyrol' (DIS-HUB) project funded by the European Union through the Next Generation EU programme. The aim of the project is to support companies in the digital transformation and adoption of artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness. The research fellow will work within WP 6 (Skills and Training) and will carry out the following activities:

Analysis and continuous monitoring of the training needs of agri-food, manufacturing, and service companies (with particular reference to artificial intelligence). Design of advanced lifelong learning and learning-on-platform didactic modules in collaboration with the various Unibz lecturers and project partners. Promotion of the modules to South Tyrolean companies (also in synergy with the various project partners). Support in the management and delivery of the modules. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the modules delivered. Reporting and accounting activities envisaged by the project.
