Research Assistants (AR) - Industrial mechanical plants (Prof. Dallasega, Patrick) The Free University of Bozen/Bolzano was founded on 31 October 1997 as a multilingual, internationally oriented institution.

Deadline for sending applications and publications:21. 01. 2025 at 12:00 PM (noon) Description of the research activity: Research to conceptualize, design and test a model to measure resilience of Italian manufacturing companies in collaboration with researchers from the university of Brescia and the university of Firenze (Università degli Studi di Firenze).

The candidate will collaborate in the context analysis to investigate the factors that influence the company resilience both at a structural level and at an infrastructural level and where suitable manufacturing sectors will be identified.

Moreover, the candidate will collaborate in the development of the Resilience Measurement Model, where appropriate measurement items and scales as well as suitable Key Performance Indicators will be identified to measure the resilience of Italian manufacturing companies.

Furthermore, the candidate will collaborate in the application of the model to identify strengths and shortcomings of Italian manufacturing companies and will also participate in dissemination activities of the project and engage in 'Third-Mission' activities.
